Return & Replacement Policy

At Rustic Farm Foods Inc. we are committed to providing high-quality products to our wholesale customers. Due to the nature of our business (bulk and wholesale supply), our return and replacement policy is subject to the following terms:


🟢 Returns Policy

  • Returns are accepted only with prior approval from our team.
  • Requests must be submitted within an agreed timeframe after delivery.
  • Products must be:
    • Unused
    • In original condition
    • In original packaging

🟢 10-Day Replacement Policy

We offer product replacement within 10 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect items received
  • Product quality issues

To be eligible for replacement:

  • The product must be unused
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Supported with clear photos and order details

Customers must contact us within 10 days of receiving the order.

Once approved, we will arrange the replacement accordingly.


🟢 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Improperly stored items
  • Products past acceptable condition after delivery

🟢 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after:
    • Inspection of returned items
    • Approval by our team
  • Refunds may be processed:
    • To the original payment method
    • Or as agreed with the customer

🟢 Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Unless the issue is due to:
    • Damaged goods
    • Incorrect order from our side

🟢 Wholesale Orders

  • All wholesale orders are considered final once confirmed
  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing

🟢 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • Damaged goods
  • Incorrect items

Please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos.
